A short assessment is carried out followed by a massage. With this timescale it is likely to be centred around a specifically affected area but not the full body.Also good for pre and post sports events and activities.

Full postural, lifestyle and/or affected joint assessment. Included are special tests to assess range of movement. Massage globally and specifically. Advanced techniques will be used, if required, which will be explained.
£140 - £225
We provide two packages which come in blocks of 3 or 5 treatments
(1 hr sessions only).These are handy if you are requiring multiple sessions for an issue that needs further attention. Alternatively if you wish to use your package of treatments as a maintenance program then we can organise a schedule.
