At Back to Freedom we are fully qualified (BTEC Level 5) with the Institute of Sports and Remedial Massage (ISRM). Based in Uttoxeter Staffordshire, we specialise in soft tissue therapy, postural and joint assessments,.We also provide advanced muscle techniques in our treatments.

Our treatment is for people who are suffering from repetitive strain or one off injuries, from sporting injuries through to everyday muscle pain.

Our therapies work on your body locally at the site of the pain and more globally where the real issue maybe originating from. Our aim is to restore muscle length, reduce pain and restore mobility of movement.
